
Overview
Welcome to the Water’s Edge Yoga Retreat, a women’s Yoga, Meditation and Writing
Retreat, located on the shores of beautiful Suttons Bay. We invite you to slow down,
reconnect with nature and yourself, cultivate clarity through yoga, mediation, and
reflective writing with Angela Cominos Koehler, Ayurvedic Yoga Instructor and Well-
being Coach.
Guided movement, mindfulness practices, and writing exercises will help participants
release what no longer serves them and the beautiful grounds, beach, and waters of
Suttons Bay will bring additional peace. Available to participants will also be SUP
boards, kayaks, yoga mats and plenty of environmental gentleness. Please indicate
your choice of room(s) below. Payment is due at the time of your reservation and is non-
refundable.
