We’re hosting a local author, Duke Lott, who has won numerous writing awards but has come out with his first novel, “The Boardman Watches”. He’s joining us on January 17 from 1:00 – 3:00 for a book signing and Q & A. Here’s a little blurb about him which you can adapt in any way you might choose. About Duke Lott
Duke Lott, Host of “The Duke Lott Show,” is a Certified Crisis Prevention Instructor, Motivational Speaker and Diversity Lifestyle Coach based in Michigan. He is also the author of “London Visits London”, a Children’s Literature book, “Never What We Wanna Say: Poetry, Essays and Stories” and “100 Lessons For A Successful Interracial Relationship”. His most recent novel, “The Boardman Watches”, follows Nathaniel Williams, whose life changes when a mysterious family pocket watch begins to tick, bending reality and opening portals through time and taking place in Suttons Bay, Traverse City and our own VI Grille,. Duke will also be visiting Bay Books for a special book signing as part of his Michigan tour! We’re so excited to have him visit.
